With a distinguished academic and professional background, Mr. Guerra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Emerald Shield Academy. Holding an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Information Systems, and an MBA from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, he combines diverse academic achievements with a practical approach to education and leadership.
For the past four years, Mr. Guerra has successfully developed and managed Emerald Shield Academy, elevating it as a leading institution for professional and academic training. As an instructor for many of ESA’s courses, he has been instrumental in shaping curricula that meet the demands of students and the industries they serve. His leadership in launching the Adult Education Division, which focuses on professional training in security and legal professions, has further distinguished the Academy’s programs, making them stand out for their quality and relevance.
Mr. Guerra’s innovative vision, commitment to excellence, and ability to draw from a broad range of experience have enriched the educational experience for students and staff alike, solidifying Emerald Shield Academy’s reputation as a leader in education and professional training.
