General Requirements
What we look for in our instructors.
- Demonstrated expertise in your subject area (professional license, degree, or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in instruction, training, or professional mentoring (preferred)
- Ability to develop course materials, assessments, and student resources
- Reliable internet connection and basic digital literacy
- Background check clearance (required for K–12 instructors)
