School Administrator Documentation
Manage students, programs, courses, enrollments, billing, and system settings through the ESA administrative desk.
← Back to Help CenterLog in to the Admin Desk
Navigate to /app and sign in with your administrator credentials. The desk provides full access to all ESA records and configurations.
Open the Education Module
From the desk home, select the Education module. This contains students, programs, courses, schedules, grades, and fee structures.
Use the School Tools Module
The School Tools module contains ESA-specific features including SOAP portal configuration, cohort announcements, and custom enrollment workflows.
Review Student Applications
Go to Education → Student Applicant. Review each application and change the status to Admitted, Rejected, or Waitlisted. An email is sent to the student on status change.
Create & Manage Programs
Go to Education → Program. Create a new program, add courses to it, and set eligibility criteria. Programs group related courses into a structured curriculum.
Create & Manage Courses
Go to Education → Course. Add course details, topics, and assessment criteria. Courses can be attached to one or more programs.
Process Enrollments
Go to Education → Program Enrollment. Enroll an admitted student into a program. This generates course enrollments automatically based on the program's course list.
Manage Class Schedules
Go to Education → Course Schedule. Create schedule entries for each course section including instructor, date, time, and room assignment.
Fee Structures & Billing
Go to Education → Fee Structure to set tuition rates. Use Fee Schedule to generate billing for a cohort. Students can view and pay through their SOAP portal.
Cohort Announcements
Go to School Tools → Cohort Announcement. Create announcements that are displayed to students in the SOAP portal dashboard. Supports file attachments.
Reports & Transcripts
Use Education → Student Report Card for individual student transcripts. Run list reports from the module to export bulk student data.
User Roles & Permissions
Go to Settings → User. Assign roles (Student, Instructor, Admissions User, Registrar) to control what each user can access in the desk and portal.
School Settings
Go to Education → Education Settings. Configure the academic year, grading scale, student ID format, and other institution-wide defaults.
Website & Portal Settings
Go to Website → Website Settings to update navigation, footer, and global styles. Use Website → Web Page to manage public-facing content pages.
