Student Documentation
Everything you need to navigate the ESA Student Portal, manage your enrollment, and succeed in your coursework.
Open Student Portal ← Back to Help CenterComplete Your Application
If you haven't applied yet, visit the application page inside the portal. You'll need to provide your personal information, program of interest, and supporting documents.
Receive Your Admission Decision
After submitting your application, ESA admissions will review it. You'll be notified by email. Your status also updates live inside your Student Portal dashboard.
Enroll in a Program or Course
Once admitted, browse programs at My Programs or courses at My Courses and complete your enrollment. Some programs require tuition payment before access is granted.
Access Your Coursework
After enrollment is confirmed, your courses appear in the portal. Click on any course to begin working through lessons, assignments, and assessments.
Dashboard
Your home screen. Shows your GPA, active course count, upcoming events, recent activity, and current enrollment status at a glance.
Apply
Submit a new student application or review the status of a pending application. Required before enrolling in any program.
Programs
Browse and manage your program registrations. A program groups one or more related courses into a structured curriculum.
Courses
View and access all courses you are enrolled in. Click a course to open lessons, materials, quizzes, and assignments.
Registrations
See a history of all program registrations — active, pending, and completed. Contact the registrar if a registration shows an incorrect status.
Enrollments
View all course-level enrollments. Shows enrollment date, status, and completion percentage for each enrolled course.
Grades
Review grades for all assignments, quizzes, and assessments across your courses. GPA is calculated automatically.
Billing
View your tuition balance, payment history, and any outstanding charges. Pay directly from this section.
Reset Your Password
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
Request a Transcript
Contact the Registrar's Office via the Contact Us page and request an official or unofficial transcript. Processing takes 3–5 business days.
Course Not Showing
If your enrolled course isn't visible, check your billing section for an outstanding balance. Courses are withheld pending full payment. Contact support if billing is clear.
