You must meet the minimum requirements below to be admitted into the Security Training School
- Level 2
- 18 years or older
- US Citizen or Valid Visa
- Social Security Number -OR- Texas Security ID Number
- Level 3
- Level 2 Requirements Plus:
- Social Security Number -OR- Texas Security ID Number
- Level 2 Certificate ( You may take Level 3 training before Level 2, but you will not be able to obtain your Level 3 license until you complete Level 2 training)
- Must be able to legally posses firearm
- Level 4
- Level 2 and 3 Requirements Plus:
- 18 years or older to take lecture only; 21 years or older for complete course.
- Level 3 ID Number
- Level 3 Commission
- Pepper Spray Certification
- 18 years or older

- Proof of Level 3 Training

You must meet the minimum requirements below to be admitted into the Professional Development School.
- Texas Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC)
