Manage your programs, enter grades, track student progress, and communicate with students through the ESA platform.

Go to /app and sign in with your instructor credentials. Your role determines which modules and records are accessible to you.
Open the Education Module
Select Education from the home screen. Your assigned programs, scheduled sessions, and student lists are accessible here.
Find Your Assigned Programs
Go to Education → Program and filter by your instructor name. Click a program to view enrolled students, topics, and assessments.
Manage Program Content
Go to Education → Program. Add or edit topics, learning objectives, and linked materials. Students see this content in their SOAP portal program view.
View Your Schedule
Go to Education → Program Schedule and filter by instructor. See all upcoming sessions, rooms, and times for your assigned programs.
Take Attendance
Go to Education → Student Attendance. Select the program, date, and mark each student as Present, Absent, or Late. Attendance is tracked automatically against the schedule.
Enter Grades
Go to Education → Assessment Result. Select the program and assessment, then enter scores for each enrolled student. Grades appear immediately in each student's SOAP portal.
View Student Progress
Go to Education → Student Report Card. Select a student to see their cumulative GPA, grades per program, and completion status across all enrollments.
Manage Assessments
Go to Education → Assessment Criteria to define graded components (exams, quizzes, projects). Link criteria to programs to structure how grades are calculated.
Post Announcements
Contact the administrative team to post a cohort-level announcement through the School Tools module. Announcements appear on every enrolled student's SOAP dashboard.
Student Communication
For direct student communication, use Settings → Email or coordinate with the registrar's office. The SOAP portal does not include a built-in messaging system at this time.
