Faculty & Instructor Documentation
Teach your courses, take attendance, enter marks and talk to your students — all from the staff portal.

Sign in at /auth/login with your instructor account. Staff land on the staff portal automatically; you can also go straight to /school-tools.
Work from the staff portal
/school-tools opens on a dashboard, and every record type you need is listed beside it — courses, enrolments, gradebook, attendance, messages. There are no separate modules to open first.
Find your students
Course Enrollments lists who is enrolled on each course, and Registrations who is booked onto each session. Open a record to reach that student's history.
Enter Marks
Open Gradebook and add an entry for each student against the piece of work. Final Grades holds the result for the course. Students see their marks in their own portal as soon as they are saved.
Take Attendance
Open Attendance, pick the course and date, and record each student as present or absent. Attendance for a live class is captured automatically — see Live Class Attendance.
Run a Live Class
/school-tools/live lists your scheduled classes and starts one. Students join the same room from their own portal, and who attended is recorded for you.
Course Details
Open Courses for the course you teach — its description, credits and the programs it belongs to. A course can sit in more than one program.
Check Progress
Student Activity shows what each student has actually done — lessons opened, quizzes taken, time spent. Use it before a student falls behind rather than after.
Message a Student
Messages carries conversations between staff and students, and the student sees them in their own portal. There is no need to go outside the system to reach someone.
Certificates
Certificates shows what has been awarded and to whom. Anyone can check one is genuine at /verify/certificate — no account needed, which is the point of it.
If Something Is Missing
What you can reach follows your role. If a record type you need is not listed, ask the registrar or the School Director to adjust your roles rather than working around it.
