Refund & Returns Policy
At Emerald Shield Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality online and in-person training programs. We want our students to be fully satisfied with their courses. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines our terms and procedures for cancellations, refunds, and returns.
Course Cancellations
- Students may cancel their course enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.

Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued for course fees paid directly to Emerald Shield Academy.
- Courses that have already been accessed or completed may not be eligible for a refund.
- Any refunds approved will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Returns of Materials
- Physical materials provided by ESA must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund of material fees.
- Digital course materials are non-returnable once accessed.
