Learning Management System
Our online education is delivered through an integrated platform accessible from any device.
Student Online Access Portal (SOAP)
All ESA courses are accessed through the SOAP portal — our secure online learning environment. From SOAP, students can access coursework, submit assignments, view grades, and communicate with instructors.

Recommended Tools by Program
Software and tools recommended or required for specific programs.
🛡️ Security Training
No additional software required. All materials provided through the student portal. A webcam may be required for identity verification in some assessments.
🔍 Private Investigator Training
Recommended: a basic database subscription for skip tracing practice (guidance provided in course). No paid subscription required for course completion.
🏫 K–12 Education
A computer, tablet, or Chromebook with a reliable internet connection. Google Workspace (free) is used for assignments and communication in many grade levels.
💼 Business Programs
Basic spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) is recommended. QuickBooks Online (free trial) is used in accounting courses.
🎓 GED Preparation
A GED.com account (free to create) is required for practice testing. All prep materials are available in the student portal.
📋 Civil Process Service
No special software required. Course materials include document templates and forms in PDF format, accessible from the student portal.
